alright, i have a black ground wire coming from my chassis witch i am not sure about..the last owner had some type of wiring on a fuse for the headlights, and this ground wire was going into the headlight plug..but now ive removed all of that because the stock wiring works fine and i dont want all that extra wire..with normal headlights

so that leaves me wit this ground, where does it go to ..did he just ad it himself of is it something take from inside the car that ide wanna connect back up .. heres a picture of the wire in question:

These 3 wires are going to connect back up to the headlight like stock on the other side. leaving no room for that wire to plug into the headlight like it was before..

tried to figure this out on the wiring diagram..but no luck.

Thanks!

Seems like the PO had a Silvia front end on the car.

just remove that ground, if its not connected to anything then its not needed

Na no Silvia ever put on my car, but i am pretty sure it was used to ground his own wiring. thanks for the help! i ended up just taking it out, because the headlights have a ground and im pretty sure it was useless after removing the old wiring.

That's the OE ground for the headlight motor, but it does have one in the harness too. That just connects the motor bracket to the chassis. Not needed.
