The whole reason people use Q45 brakes is due to being able to clear everything.

they clear enkei mesh 92's but not old SSR wheels(longchamp, mk3) or old style work equip 01 where a 8-10mm spacer is required BRO

ok cool. well i got a set of enkei 92 but in 14s so just wanted to know if i get some bigger size enkeis, it will fit. plus my enkeis offset was 15 and they did not clear the caliper. i didnt try wheel spacer yet though but will do soon.

My riken meshies were 15x7 +0 and they cleared my q45 setup just fine. However I'm running a 5lug ichiba hubs and I don't know whether that made a difference or not over oem hubs.

from my experience, the newer Q45's used larger diameter caliper mounting bolts, you might wanna check and make sure they will fit into your knuckle before committing to the brake swap. when I installed my Q45 fronts I had to drill out the mounting hole on the knuckle, they came off of a Q that was 01' or newer, figured you should know that going in.

dont ever do slip on spacers to my opinion they way too dangerous, i strongly suggest you to go with bolt on spacers. And if you end uo doin slap on make sure to get extended studs.
