Just an FYI...neither the R154 or W58 bolt up to the 1UZ directly. U need to buy an adapter plate to make either of the 5 spd trans' work with the 1UZ. So if u have it, you may want to specify that you do in order to avoid confusion.

Sorry. But there allready are a cuppl 5speed sc400s in cali.there's one in santa cruz and was built by me.like the guy above said your gunna need to get a custom bellhousing adapter made so you can bolt up the 154.also use a Tilton pedal set with m/c's remote mounted.its WAY easier using that pedal set rather than using the stock stuff.also way more gansta.sorry to blow your dreams out of the water but you shudnt come off like your the first unless you know it for a FACT
