I'm guessing the neighbor had something against one or both of the parents and decided to be a complete dick. And if that neighbor happened to just do it for the "it's the law" type deal, why don't this dickhead neighbor shut down all the boy and girl scouts selling stuff. That actually ****es me off, what kinda place is this that we live in that a six year old girl has to get a permit from the city to sell lemonade cause someone wants to be a dick. $35!!!, that's probably as much as that little girl makes all summer!!! Napels on Thursday decided to grant her a liscense at no charge and the neighbor now looks like dogSH!T to the world.

I have neighbors like that. Complaining of the trash can being put out an hour early...So I sat them right by their fence line and let them collect for a couple weeks and get really rotten and flys all over...now they don't seem to mind me putting my trash out when I feel like it.

Their is no ordinance agaist me collecting trash less than 2 weeks.

Bitching comes back to you 5 fold.

It is a miserable way to enjoy life.
