Got a 89 Coupe KA24e nothing special I just noticed the other day when installing or trying to install my front Cusco strut bar that the bolts dont line up on 1 side and after looking further there are holes in the strut tower as if it was hit bad and trying to be pulled. But anyway looking for a fix I've heard of working it with a hammer or mounting something to bend it back but then I wanna know if someone can do this and then reinforce it or cut out the whole strut tower and re weld it or something.
I am located in Sacramento but can travel in reasonable distance its my daily driver so wanna get this done asap hopefully on a the weekend or something I was thinking of just working on it a bit to bend it back and or connect the strut bar partially and pull with something to make it normal then somehow weld some metal to reinforce it so if any welders or fabricators can help I can even lend a hand just don't know how to weld so pretty much screwed lol.
thanks

You need a new strut mount. You can buy at Napa for about $80. You will need to remove your strut in order to replace the strut mount. Its a pretty easy fix, i had to replace mine a few weeks ago. Hope that helps

Wish it was that easy its actually the tower where it mounts isn't straight because when you go to mount a strut tower bar it dont line up ends up being a little too far inwards I have to pull it somehow I know its not the mounts cause I have Powered by Maxx coils that are straight
