i was replacing my turbo oil feed hard line and noticed the dipstick move quite easily, i was wondering if this may cause oil leak or problems?

Its kinda press fitted in there but there is also suppose to be a a little support bracket that bolts to the manifold for the tube.
So when ppl upgrade manifold they loose the mounting point.
It shouldnt leak but if your worried pull it out and apply a thin coat of black RTV to the outside portion of that tube to help seal it.

It is a swedge fit, use a punch. For the mounting bracket it mounts to the stock water inlet.

I stand corrected, I was thinking about the RB oil return line for the head.
