S13 Cat passes emissions $40 shipped

I have an S13 catalytic converter that passes emissions on ANYTHING i passed on an untuned ka-t, passes SRs all day. This is in WA though dont know about cali. $40 shipped only has about 100k on it.

Can you take pictures of both the inlet and outlet of the cat please. The clearer the better as I'd like to see what the inside's condition is like.

actually im like 90% sure it does.. the bracket might not be the same but s13 and s14 test pipes are the same.
