Are the mag lug nuts nissan lug pitch? i tried some toyota mag lugs and ripped up one of my studs, thats the only reason i ask.

Yep, they're 12x1.25. My friend is using the same style on his s13 with centerlines. You probably ripped up the studs because mag lugs suck balls to put on.
