its t2 flanged. piping to turbo intake housing might be a little different cause this has no elbows or places to bolt elbows onto it. you'd probably have to buy new couplers to get your piping to work. its worth the upgrade considering the fact that i've seen people ditch stock s15 t28's to use this one and make well over 300whp.

not a refurbished turbo, and yes garrett ran oil through it.

Recieved turbo... turbo is not a GT2576r... its a GT2554R.. (much smaller)thanks for the misinformation and not taking back the turbo.. will not do business with spacedog again:mrmeph:
