WTB: S14 in So Cal

Looking for a good condition S14 5-speed in the Southern California area. Willing to travel to SF or LV in necessary.

I have an automatic base model 98 S14 which I can convert to manual for you for a bit more than what I'm asking. It has 63k miles on it, runs great, clean title, green,.....would be willing to pay $9000 for a 5 spd S14a?
