i recently rented a garage and wanted to drive my car up there but when i start it, it cranks but doesn't turn on...last week it did start and i notice the oil light was on(maybe oil pump or oil pan?)...idk?!?! so i removed the valve cover and notice a milky residue on the one side only which is the oil squirter i think its called???(correct me if i'm wrong)...heres pics of it...let me know what you guys think it might be...any help will be appreciated...THANK YOU

it looka lika man....:D....or moisture in your oil....could legitimately just be moisture in the oil from the car sitting...... or could be coolant.
does the oil have any abnormal smells?
first thing i'd do is a compression test and see what she's got. that'll also let you know if it's got a blown headgasket if there's a big difference in the numbers.
i'd be alarmed with anything under 130psi....and that's pretty low.
get a compression tester, take out a spark plug, pop the tester in there, unplug the cam angle sensor (so the car doesn't get fuel or spark and try to start) , and crank it over for 10 seconds. then write down your results and post em up
knowing how much compression the motor has would be where i'd start based on your problems, symptoms, and picture.
the next thing i'd do is take off the lower oil pan if it doesn't look absolutely PERFECT. then see if perhaps the oil pickup was bottomed out on the pan. you'll see a little oval through the paint from the bottom of the pickup if it was touching.
