grant,can those barrels be flipped?

nope
you need a flat face center mount to do it
like it has to have a flange all the way around, not be apart of the face where the bolts are

those are two piece i cant tell.. so you couldnt get just new outer barrel .. you would have to get a whole new one if you wanted to change offsets/size.. i.e i like the one .. but the 8.5+17 i would get a new outter to make it better lip/offset/width
