Originally, I was building my 240sx to be a show/track/drift car, but I've been thinking about getting out of the car scene and heading back to desert racing again. It’s never been out to the track yet or been drifted at all. The car is babied and rarely gets driven—the turbo kit and clutch have just under 1k miles of smooth easy driving—I was still breaking in the clutch and the car was on a very conservative tune. The car started off life as a 1995 240sx SE, but since then the exterior has been converted to a kouki widebody—I’m sure you won’t find another 240 that looks quite like this one. I get thumbs ups and compliments everywhere I go with it. It definitely gets a lot of attention.
It still has the factory KA24DE DOHC inline 4 cylinder but now boasts the extra power of a ball bearing T3/T4 Twin scroll turbo .84 AR turbo, 3” intake, a custom free flowing 3” exhaust all the way back, large front mount intercooler, larger 520cc injectors, a Walbro fuel pump, and more. On they dyno, the car put down over 290hp and 300tq—and that wasn't even close to redline or anywhere near full boost. With a built engine I was told this car would be able to run well over 400hp easily. The car was dyno’d by Shawn Church of Church Automotive Testing and I have the dyno sheets. The car sounds pretty amazing and has the same sort of deep rumble as an inline 6 or flat 4 because of the design of the manifold—when the external wastegate opens you can hear the turbo scream like a fighter jet.
I would say my 240 handles very well and corners as if it’s on rails. Everything is tight. It’s a pretty awesome driving experience. The car is very responsive and you can feel each input from the steering wheel. Each gear shift from the transmission is positive and precise.
The car is very clean, and the interior is in excellent condition with no rips, cuts, scratches or blemishes at all. The exterior is straight and doesn’t have a whole bunch of dings, dents, and scratches. It is easily one of the cleaner modified 240’s that isn’t a show car or garage queen. That’s not to say that the car is perfect, but it is very clean compared to the majority of the other 240’s out there-especially the ones that have been tracked or drifted. The car has a working heater and blower—the A/C isn’t installed, but I pretty much have most of the components aside from the condenser to re-install it. Also, the passenger side window needs a new motor, which is pretty cheap and easy to find. The car could also benefit from new motor mounts because the ones on it are on the way out, but these are relatively cheap and not too time intensive to install.
The following is a list of some specs and parts on the car:

Bads:
-passenger side window needs a new motor
-needs new motor mounts (something I'm planning on doing in the near future)
-Needs a built motor that can handle full boost (right now it is limited to 12 psi because it still has stock internals)
So here’s your chance to own a clean, rare, one-of-a-kind 240sx that is guaranteed to get you looks anywhere you go. The car doesn’t just look good though, the turbo kit and suspension modifications give the car the bite to back up its bark.
Again, I’m not in a hurry to sell it. I’m only selling it so that I can get back into desert racing, so I’m not desperate. I’m looking for 14,000 for it. I will possibly entertain reasonable offers. If you’re interested feel free to email me at [email protected] or call/text me at 805.368.5831
