they are 15-7's with like +10-15 they stick out about an inch alltogether
they are on 215-60-15
and in hard cornering they rub the fender
i have stock suspention

ah no wonder
well first off a fwe pieces of my opinion which i know others will agree with

wide fenders on a stock suspension car will look completely and utterly moronic.
if ou acnt afford suspension why go wide body/fenders. its stupid

2. you can fix that by adding some neg camber. probably -2 degress should do it aok. if you think it causes tire wear (excessive) then u need to learn more about alignements. camber wont kill as bad or as fast as improper toe in/out.

your tire size is too big. use a 205 size tire or 195
yes we all know a 215 fits ok but if you are concerned w/ it sticking outa smaller tire would be ideal to tuck it in

lower your car add soem moer camber and then go from tehre
i've ran a 0 offset w/ 7" wheel. camber rolled fenders and a good alignemtn keeps stuff from sticking out.

dont waste your money with wide fenders because if youc an afford those and the body work to put them on then you got your priorities mixed up

what i suggest if you wantthem not to stick out

1. change your tiresize..195/60 or 205/60
2. camber...-1.5 should do it or be close..
3. if your tire hits the fender when hard cornering roll your fenders (means pushing that lip onthe inside of the fenderup so the fenderis just one sheet of metal, rather then a L shape w/ the lower part of "L" hitting tire. it will be a "I" shape in a way..

those 3 should do it

rear camber is adjustable via eccentric botl. rear upper arm (the arm that goes AROUDN the rear shock) follow that arm to the subframe. where it bolts to subframe is the eccentric bolt location. i do not suggest doing it yourself, take it to a shop and getit doen proper. camber changes change toe a bit as well. i believe more camber gives toe in on our cars.

front if it is 91+ i think (maybe 89/90s?) has eceentric bolt as well on shock part (lower part w/spindle)
again professional shop can adjustit to perfection.

good luck
