i have a ka24e and it has a new water pump, tried 2 new thermostats, yes it is in the right way haha, radiator and heater core tested and flow perfectly. when i drain the coolant i do not get all that much out. when i add some i cant get much in at all...maybe half gallon. then i will let it run and warm up(front end even jacked up) the coolant will never bubble and wont let me add more...the car never overheats, and takes like 25-30 minutes for heater to start blowing hot.
please help thanks!!!!

alright sooo on the waterneck there is a little 10mm bolt, unscrew that all the way when the car is cold.
then fill your radiator until coolant comes out of that hole.
repalce the bolt that goes there.
then continue topping off your radiator.
i had to do this plenty of times.
reason i knew it had to be air bubbles was because the lower rad hose wasnt getting hot so i knew it wasnt a thermostat problem.
just keep burping the system.
