Wheel HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

ok so i traded for some new rims
icw racing 16x8 unknown offset
but they r 4 lug universal....BUT THEY WONT FIT MY 240
the fit is there but its off by like a centemeter (no lie)
i want to know is it a possable to have a tire or rims store redrill it slightly to make em fit
somewhere like just tires or anyone u could mention who could do it for me.

If they'e 4 lug universal, there should be two sets of four holes. 4x100 and 4x114.3. This is going to sound stupid, but have you tried the other set of holes?

to answer your question, if none of the current holes line up, yes you can most likely get your wheels redrilled.
