Hello guys I installed a apexi turbo timer on my s14 and ever since then my battery gets drained. I ordered the jumper harness from frsport.com and connected it. The harness that I got from them said s13/s14 so my question is, do I need to rewire anything on this harness to make it work and not drain my battery? I recall reading somewhere that an s13 has 5 wires and an s14 has 6 wires. So im sure it needs to be rewired but im not sure which one. Thanks in advance :)

great piece of kit, wasn't wired right for my S14a but i knew that anyway, but i preferred to chop and rewire this harness than the cars loom. bargain!
Here is one of the customer reviews on frsport.com. What wire is this guy talking about? Could this be why my battery is getting drained?

sounds like the hot and run wires are wired wrong. keeping the ignition hot even after the key is off and timer times out. i can almost guarantee that to be the problem. especially since any other setup would either A work fine or B blow a fuse namely the 30 amp ign fuse in the engine bay.

FRS S13 S14 Turbo Timer Harness (http://www.frsport.com/FRS-S13-S14-Turbo-Timer-Harness_p_1219.html)
That is the harness that I got. So maybe switch the red and blue wires?
