I've been looking/ searching and I know it's a freaking newb question but for some reason I can't find where the hell I screw this eyelet in, can anyone help me out? Don't mind the red lines and text. It's the three plugs that go to the altenator, I can't figure out where the little eyelet goes.

There's two. One is the charging lead, it bolts to the charging stud on the alternator case, but make sure you have the plastic insulator in place.

The other smaller gauge wire, black, is a ground. Bolts anywhere to the actual case, there's M5 screw holes on the unit or you can remove one of the M5 nuts on the back and secure it there.
