Since yours is going on a 95 it wont matter really because the motor doesnt have the extra emission sensors on the motor . 97-98 does have the sensors on the motor so you can just leave the plugs on the harness unplugged since they have nothing to plug into. As for the 02 sensor I can include the correct one with everything. Your getting the ecu so it will work fine.

If you are putting a 95 OBD1 motor in your 96-98 you have swap intake manifolds to plug all the sensors in and have the evap system work. Either way all sensors that came with your car have to have some where to be plugged in !!
