Alright I finally decoded to go with a
name brand intake over an eBay one,anyone know
the prices for AEM K&N injen?

There is a magical search engine called Google. Also the sponsors on this site have plenty of products in their stores. But honestly your wasting your money. An intake is a pipe, thats it. I had an Injen on my S14 in 2004 and aside from the fact that compared to my generic intake on my S13 it had a nice color finish and an emblem on it its a pipe.
Ebay generic: $30 > Injen $150
150 - 30 = $120 to spend on say... a prothane master bushing kit? or a good tune up? or insurance or more...

why do you have to ask? Google. PS - It's a short ram intake, not a cold air intake for the KA (unless you get the extension for the Injen)
