Newbie question

I know this is a newb question, but I suck at searching and I can't find any threads. Anyways, I'm finally ready to buy my SR and I need to know what shops to stay away from and which ones are reliable. I've looked at Heavy Throttle since I bought my s13 and they seem to be a good one, but your opinions would be appreciated. Also I've seen some good looking prices at Flash Options but they almost look like a joke. Thanks a ton for all the advice and sorry again for the newbieness, I'm sure this is asked once a week but I really can't seem to find any posts that don't say anything more than try searching.
