Okay, I am no stranger to Nissan's as I've been working on Z32's for the last 10 years building some amazing cars. But, the 240sx is just a new realm for me. And with all the product backing and mis-information you guys have it's hard to get straight answers. So, I'll begin my questions.
I am planning to take my newly acquired S13 hatchback and convert it to a 5 lug setup. My S13 does not have ABS. It seems to be a basic model with no extra frills... just the way I wanted it. I have 2 sets of rims that I plan on swapping out to the car later and happen to have a set of Z32 front and rear calipers along with rotors that have been sitting in my shop for a while.
So this is what I have bought to do this. My question is... WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO A FULL CONVERSION FROM 5 LUG ON BOTH FRONT AND REAR AS WELL USING THE 300ZX FRONT AND REAR BRAKES????
What I have already purchased - Brand new Front and Rear Ichiba Hubs, Brand new front and rear 300zx rotors, front and rear 300zx calipers, a conversion line from SPL for the front rotors, along with some Dot4 Super Blue caliper fluid.
I am no stranger to working on cars and have a full shop...I just need to know what else I need to purchase or hunt down to make sure I have everything at my disposal.
Any help appreciated.

looks like youve got it covered my friend. now someone correct me if im wrong, but don't u need the ebrake setup to match the calipers you use when you convert?

You might want to get OEM Nissan bearings for those ichiba hubs. Also if you want a working ebrake grab 2+2 cables for z-13, r33 for z-14.

So the rear calipers for S13 can be swapped out for the Z32 rear calipers without the need for rear brakes lines?

Any reason why you would need new bearings for the new ichiba hubs? Preference or necessity?

Not to beat a dead horse, but this is seriously the most discussed topic on here, or any 240 forum. A quick search will answer any possible question you could ever have. Myself and countless others have made the efforts to document all of this for those who come later, it's really a slap in the face to see someone not use it.

Ichiba bearings arn't quite as good as OEM, but I've been runing them forever with no problems. FYI NA Z32 rear hubs are a direct bolt on for S13 rear. Front you need the conversion hubs or S14 hubs/spindles and LCA's.
The only tricky part is the ebrake. If its going to be a street car you need Z32 rear ebrake set up and you have to splice the lines and everything. I just have my car as a track only car so I went with a hydro ebrake and just leave it in gear when parked.
So cliffnotes. Calipers, pads, rotors, front conversion hubs, conversion lines and ebrake stuff = win. If you know Z32's well you should be familiar with how the parts go together, its similar.
edit: yea search, everything has been done and covered about 78trillion times.

I know, I know. And believe me I am the first to pounce on a newbie and let them know about SEARCH. But unfortunately, there is a whole slew of different situations and answers.
Ie - Use the 300zx rear spindle! Get this Q45 rotors! Get this! Get that!
I only brought this up because I know what I have. I am just asking what additional I need. A little different.

Not that different. Like I said if you searched harder you would have found what you needed. Either way your on the right track.

Old thread, but ok. For the pads you get the pads dependent of the caliper you purchased (26mm or 30mm). Most of the time its 30mm, but be sure. I have 26mm and its rather annoying trying to find proper parts.
