Car has Crazy intermittent no Start

i have a 93 stock engine in my Coupe

i drive the car everyday it has a really bad idle sometimes

but the problem is about once a month i got to start it and it just cranks and cranks but wont kick over

fuel pump is priming

by the time i can check if it has spark i crank it for 10 mins and it starts right up for the rest of the month

anyone else have this problem let me know

i also have a noise that sounds like a tattoo machine when i hit the gas sounds like under headlight switch

so im getting a walbro 255 so ill see if that fixs it
