I think you all are missing the point. It is a "family friendly" site and in order to keep that rating on google we can not have these. It changes our rating, and that changes a lot more than you guys would care to know about.

Google owns all. I don't understand why people make such a big deal about a picture. If you child brings up zilvia and is browsing our forums I'm pretty sure they are fully capable of typing "SEX" into google and be blown away.

OK, I've had it with the smartass comments, complaints, joking and other non-constructive posts.

We set a rule. Abide by it or leave.

It's not just about google, family friendliness or anything else specifically. It's not any one thing. It's the combination of all these things, especially immature users posting tasteless images. We like to keep things relatively free around here and give users a significant amount of leeway (more than many other forums out there), and while I'm an advocate of having to deal with a minimum of chaos for a majority of freedom, I really dislike being shit on by users who can't help themselves but to take a mile when I give an inch.

If you want to look at such images, there are thousands of sites on the internet for doing so. Zilvia isn't one of them.

I'm not going to detail what is and what isn't permitted - simply put, it's at the moderators' discretion. If you don't like it, you have every right to get the fuck out.

I apologize for being harsh, but I'm sick of seeing our decisions being second-guessed and critiqued.

Swearing isn't a big deal to me. My 3-year-old kid can't read swear words on my screen when she comes to give me a hug goodnight. She sure as hell can see pictures of chicks naked save for a thread of fabric or a well-placed finger.

Get the point I'm trying to make?

Zilvia's demographic is mostly young males, and having been a young male once, I understand that 95% of the thought process is controlled by testosterone and adrenaline. Work that sort of thing out elsewhere. Zilvia is about Nissans, not sex.
