Sorry I'm kind of a newb. I blew my headgasket. Can I take my head off and just put this one in or will I still have to buy a new head gasket and resurface your head

If you warped or cracked your RB20 head, then it will cost you more $$$ to fix it. The head I am selling came off a good running RB20, in thoery you could bolt this head to your block and be ok, but if you plan on resusing gaskets and cutting corners then your prone to other engine issues.
