s14 hvac/instrument panel lights not lighting up

My s14's instrument panel and hvac lights don't show up when I turn on my headlights/parking lights.

I've looked at the DIY TCU fix, but that seems to be for s13s, and I've been told the dimmer switch might of short circuited?

Any ideas?

i would change out the dimmer switch or at least try adjusting it. if adjusting doe not work then replace it =)
