hi im installing rear coilovers and i noticed on my rear coils on the bottom that one side is bigger than the other.what side goes in first? the smaller side or the larger black side that is sticking out about 1/2 inch

ya i noticed the same thing on mine i dunno if its supposed to be like that or not...does anybody know

bushings should be centered. But I have also seen them installed with bushing side towards mounting point.

i always installed them with the part that sticks out onto the spindle first.
does that make sense?
sticking out section sliding on first.

The longer section faces the upright/hub.
We've discussed this plenty of times before.

with the tein i beleave the flush side goes on first and the black piece goes towards the diff

correct, it helps space the coilovers out a little bit for more clearance on the uprights.

They only fit one way.
