Black smoke: Running rich (too much fuel)
Blue smoke: Burning oil
White smoke: Burning coolant
If your smoke is truely black, then you're running rich. Quite possible that your injectors are giving a bit at high rpm.

A head gasket failure is what would cause you to leak, and subsequently, burn coolant. Hence the white smoke.

i couldn't tell weather my car was buring white or blue. My friends tells me it buring blue.
Headgasket leaks you will notice oil in your coolant and losing quit a bit of coolant. You will also notice quit a bit of oil leak.
Blue smoke hmmm... the syptems i came up with mine sr20 was that there was a hose from the bottom of the block to the turbo, that was cracked in 3 different places. So that could be it for blue smoke
Black smoke, i guess the best care for it is to get a AFC from apexi
