95 240sx SR20 JDM Kouki

i have a 95 240 clean title, registered and inspected. the car has 223,xxx engine has about 89,xxx

mods: (most were bought new, and only have about 6 months use)
sr20 red top polished
97-98 front end, jdm front bumper, hood, rear bumper, side skirts, spoiler, and emblems.
supra tt fuel pump
hks hi power exhaust w/resignator eliminated
project nissan high flow cat, down pipe, fuel pressure regulator w/gauge
greddy hot charge pipe
blitz front mount intercooler kit
hks bov
blitz intake
koyo aluminum race radiator
elctric fans
act 400lbs clutch w/light pressure plate
top 1 rear camber kit
tein super drift adjustable dampening with front camber adjustment
17'' erhbenheit x8 fronts and x9 rears
potenza re 255's on the rear(40%) and 235's up front(80%)
custom 3 stage pearl white paint job (2 months old)
batt relocated to the rear
370z hid retrofit
pioneer head unit and 4 speakers, stock tweeters
blitz boost gauge
momo hub and steering wheel

bads
scuffs on front bumper from hitting speed bump way too fast
passenger side air bag deployed from hitting speed bump
has low compression in 2 cylinders. still drives fine as a daily driver.
small oil leak on a connector for the oil return line on turbo. not a noticable loss of oil.
hid's stopped working properly

i guess my asking price is $10,000.. but i would like to trade for a 93+ supra (basic.. non turbo, auto, doesn't matter), sc300 (prefer manual), 93+ rx7, jdm integra, ek, gs300, 00+ ls400, m3, titan, 04+ tacoma, something cool.
