Ok so i got a registration ticket back in dec 07 in my old benz (registration was paid for, i just never passed smog so i been rolling on window temps, til that time i got the ticket i didnt have a valid window temp *i traded the car later that month so i just paid the fine*. I thought it was such a minor violation that i totally forgot about it.

Til today my mom gets an insurance quote *i still live at home so im still under her policy*, and that ticket came up, which would cost me alot more for my end of the bargain because the insurance rep said it is considered a point.

Now i totally forgot about that ticket since i haven't heard of it being a problem with the different insurance companies we've had since, even when i registered the rx7.

My mom wants to drop me from the policy since it would be cheaper for her to move to a new insurance company since she would be getting a better rate for herself as compared to what she is getting as a renewel FOR HER SIDE. Im hoping i could call our current company and just move onto my own policy at the same rate i was paying since they already have my record.

that shouldnt be a point, its not technically a moving violation (i.e speeding, rolling stop etc.) you might want to try to take that up with DMV or the issuing countys court.

Thats plain and simple bro. Reggy is not complete. There's a grace period of 6 months in which you may get everything done. You must have passed that man. lol. before 6 months = non-moving violation. After 6 months = by state law, due to long duration, is now a moving violation. Which then gives you that +1.

- why didnt you get an extension fool..lol... ha ha...:keke:
