I was reading some a BAR smog newsletter at my brothers shop and this caught my eye.

It pretty much states that the BAR purchased a 240sx modified with a illegal motor (in this case, it was a v8), which was posted on CL, and the owner stated it was just recently smogged.

End resullt, the car was crushed, and both the seller and smog tech who did the test was charged and convicted of a felony.

Just wanted to inform and educate the community,

btw, it must be someone on here, or at least on here.

Well let me see. First the guy advertised a clean piped car as having a legal smog. Now if he had sold as not being smogged. He would not be in trouble. He pretty much got an illegal smog and sold it as having its smog. So he took the chance.

Plus it was fucking Butte county. LOL You realize that's like a very low population not a lot of things going on area? Seriously law enforcement there has nothing better to do,except maybe bust pot farmers?

Oh and like others have said that car looks scary who the fuck would want to buy it in the first place. LOL
