I was doing an oil change since I am scheduled for an autocross for the weekend and I noticed that the "T" fitting installed on my oil pressure sender port was starting to leak.
As I loosened that up, the fitting connected to the port on the block took off a little bit of material and threads from the port with it. Now it wont thread back in for me to reinstall the "T" fitting since it wont thread in and I cant close that port for me to refill the car with oil.
What I am asking is, how can I fix this? What options do I have? If anyone can help that would be really appreciated because I really need the car back before Saturday since I am scheduled for two event days.

What do you have 'T'ed into the fitting?
If the OE sender is still in place, throw it away. Then just screw whatever is left directly into the oil filter housing if that makes sense, as your post doesn't specify clearly at all what you're doing.
If the port on the OE housing is damaged then remove the housing and drill/tap it for a reducer bushing, basically a larger fitting with a smaller inlet or replace the housing. There is also another port you can use on the housing, just drill/cap the one you've damaged.

I have my turbo oil feed "T" fitting on the oil pressure sensor housing, not the oil filter housing.
How can I replace this housing? It looks to be one piece part of the block.

You've confused yourself somehow.
The oil filter housing on the KA is secured to the block with four M8 bolts. The OE oil pressure switch screws into this housing as well. It is not two separate pieces. The OE switch gets removed typically when the engine is turbocharged and the oil feed line put in place. The extra port can be used for oil pressure/temp. It appears you're saying you screwed a T fitting into the housing in place of the OE switch, then used one side for the oil feed, one for the switch. The T fitting has somehow stripped/damaged the housing. Rethread, drill/tap, or replace the housing. If you're still using the OE switch, stop it. Throw it away and buy a real gauge if you care about your engine.

Cool, I got it all figured out and I just got a replacement housing.
