Our Parking lot hold about 30 cars, but we have few show car,Dj Booth , and a place for BBQ so we need to leave some space

we actually moved to new location so that why we have this BBQ meet our new location is around 10k Sq. ft now and the old one were pretty small compare to our new location

Yup, the RSVP idea is came from the YD meet at Riverside Nissan last time so that way we wont get too many complain about the parking space,so if you want to save a spot for your nice ride please feel free to send email to [email protected], I got about 10 spot left.

gah shit was fun last year!

Ken works hard everyday to please his company and his loyal customers. matter of fact i just back from his house, and right when i arrived he had just gotten back the adams track and went straight into his garage to work on his own car then right after put on this other persons suspension on and did a lil bondo work on that car. after that was all said and done he started working on someone elses car with their wheel setup. as of now he probably went back to working on his car and do Godspeed orders

He's a good guy so it is great for everyone to show up

No worry Daniel, this is how the forum is also one company cant please everyone, if we only want making money than we dont have to host a BBQ meet to thanks everyone in the 240sx community and our parts wont have a year or life time warranty, some people like our product some people dont, but we will still supporting the 240 community and try out best to please everyone :)

I would assume the GodSpeed people are great.
There are certain people in the "youdrift" community that have really done that site and people a big dis service by running around with attitude and making personal attacks on people and their lives.
Thats why anything associated with "youdrift" gets instantly put into the same catagory.

I know that its not fair.
But people have tried really hard to associated themselves as some sort of representation of your product, and because of the way they are viewed by the masses, its not really doing you a dis service.

Im in full support of GodSpeed.
I think they support much more people then just the "IE".
Tein and the others do it too, just on a larger scale because they are a larger company.
You know how much they pay to sponsor a car for a season?
You know how much it cost to sponsor events?
You know how much it cost to have banners around the D1/FD course?
you know how much a magazine add cost?
Other companies do thier work as well.

I run all GodSpeed on my car as well.
so far so good.
Still need a couple things, like LCA, but am very happy with the price and the product.
Although, the coilovers dont match camber angle.
A little more quality control on that would help.
my left side wont Zero out to match the right.
Luckily I run a little more camber then usual though.

Yea this is our first meet so we do need suggestion from everyone, but we will improve more, I feel sorry about Martin that his ipod got sloten while he park it on the street when his top is down, yes few of the car have some cracking part or duct tape but those damage were due to either drifting or tracking, so some of the car/driver care about more motor/suspension work than the body but we will make sure we will have more Show Only S Chassis, and not just some GTR and Z.

Initial D music? the DJ were only playing some pop music and trance, but some trance music dose sound like Initial Music tho lol.

yea after the roof top meet, I was hoping to make the meet better so I decide to do RSVP parking due to our parking spot were limited, and I was trying to let all the people able to park inside the parking lot but some of the car came late so I couldnt give them a parking cause the lot were full, but if we bring all the show car on the lot than our people wont even have spot to park, but next meet I will contact the owner next door to have them let us borrow their parking space so everyone can park in the lot.

regarding the RUCAS that you have, the RUCAS dosent have any rubber so how can they squeel?? but our RUCA have lifetime warranty on it so if you think there problem on the ARM you are always welcome to come to our shop during Mon-Fri and we will make sure to give you a new set of the RUCA and make sure you wont have any problem after you install.

if you cant be adults about situations and have your issues atleast attempted to be resolved BEHIND CLOSED DOORS from the beginning then dont post shit.

I had fun, it was a good meet in my opinion. Especially because of the free food. At the "roof top" meet food wasn't even free...

As far as there parts go, I agree with grenade. I beat the shit out of my god speed parts and they are all fine too, in my opinion its just like HID kids. There all the same shit... and plus god speed always includes a warranty so if you have a problem with it, why not just get a new one instead of complaining. There are guys that compete on a professional level that run god speed parts and they are doing fine.

And ALSO, I DON'T play initial d music, I left at 3. but it has been clarified that it was someone playing the music from there car.

-Ken has repeatedly asked for input about this meet. It was his first one and there are things he could have done better. He knows that, and he wants to know what they are. that is commenable.
-How many of you have put on a meet before? most of you just show up and expect everything to be just the way you like it. You don't realize how much goes into holding a meet like this even if it is a small one.
-I can't speak from experience about their parts. but it seems that they are trying to make sure they take care of any problems that come up. again, that is commendable.
-Ken is a good guy and I thank him for trying to do this for US.

The time attack GODSPEED car was tight.

I think it was really cool that seibon cam out as well, that GTR and 370 were looking niiiice! I liked the vinyl on the GTR.

It's the Hiem joints.
When you buy cheaper RUCA's, you need to replace them with higher quality ones. Because when they bind like they are, they put uneccisary pressure on your RUCA arms and thats what causes welds to break.

Look up the old MEGAN threads from a couple years ago when they had problems with their RUCA's.

Take them to GodSpeed and have them replaced.
Then order some high quality Hiem Joints.

Its not a GodSpeed thing, its any inexpensive part.
Its kind of like buying a target skateboard, you would have to replace those bearings with some Abec sevens.

The Problem is that you and the "youdrift" people have associated GodSpeed with yourselves.
And everyone HATES youdrift and the people that are part of it.

So unfortunatly, anytime there is a GodSpeed event, yourself and a couple others start advertising for it and immediately and put yourself into it like you are part of it.

So everyone thinks that GodSpeed is part of YouDrift and the people they hate, and so they give it no chance and generally want it to fail.

And so GodSpeed will fail, because of its association with youdrift, SHARKERIOcoop, Eddie T and a few others.

I haven't paid too much attention to the youdrift crowd...aside from the argument's i've seen that 240xtc guy get into-what have they done that's sullying Godspeed's image? just asking. my experience with the youdrift people has been limited to the rancho cucamonga meet that's held every week-which gets a pretty good turnout. maybe i've been lucky enough to just meet the nicer people or something because i haven't run into douchebags (yet).

also, as long as the weekly meet in rancho does well i don't see godspeed distancing themselves from youdrift-it's good exposure for them.
and as far as Eric is concerned-you'd think he was a rep for godspeed that's how much he backs their stuff. he'll even get into arguments with the 'brand name' only crowd...i'm actually surprised he hasn't gotten a sponsorship from them.

Yes correct, our TA 240 is going to test out during sometime this week to get final setting, if you have time you can stop by SOW or BOW(I forgot) and check it out.

BTW, Ken, if you pre- register a certain nmber of cars, next time only let THOSE cars into the lot. I know I was pre-registered, but it seemed like that didn't matter. everyone just rolled in and parked. Just some input for next time.

Yes it was RSVP, but cause we change the day from the 6th to 13th so some of the people didnt show up, so I ended letting everyone to come in and have them park inside the lot, and also I was trying to see how many car we can fit in the lot as well, but seem like more than 20cars+ Show car can park inside the lot, but what do you think john? I really need some suggestion.

If you look at the people posting.
Many members in the Nissan and Zilvia community have issue with YouDrift.

Please don't make false statements.
To say its between me and YD would do me to much credit.
YD has made themselves an issue with everyone.

with track this past weekend, I didn't have time to put it in, I just removed all the carpet and sound deadening, so that cage should be in this week. I'll get in touch with all the other 626 guys, and I'll be in contact with you.

on a side note, it looks legit. I am going to need a "header" for my KA soon, let me know when you guys get around to making one. I can hear my exhaust manifold hiss at me! lol
