Ok, guys, I know this is kind of a longshot on here, but I thought I'd give it a try since I'm trying to get back into the 240 game when I sell this....Come on, help a brotha out!!!!
For sale is a 2006 Quicksilver Metallic Pontiac GTO with an "R" title. It has the 6.0 Liter V8 and a T56 6 speed transmission. The car also has the optional 18" wheel package. The car runs like new & has always been taken care of. Oil changed every 3000 miles with Synthetic Oil. Tires replaced about 10,000 miles ago - Hankook Ventus tires. Car also has a FULL stainless steel exhaust - Stainless Works Longtube Headers with catted mid pipes & Magnaflow catback system with Tru-X crossover pipe. The car sounds amazing with this setup, but isn't obnoxious enough to attract too much attention when unwanted (i.e. cops). It also has an AEM Brute Force intake with polished pipe. The fit & finish on this intake is better than the K&N system, which I had on previously. The car also has a new radiator which is 2 months old (common problem on these cars is the endtanks split down the seam). there are a couple issues with the car, but they aren't major. The airbag light is on because the clock spring behind the steering wheel is broken. This happened after the car was aligned (improperly) following the header install....unfortunately, the shop wouldn't take responsibility for it & I was stuck having to deal with it. Also, the Bank 2 catalytic converter is cracked. I know this because it rattles upon deceleration around 3500 RPM. I have 2 Brand New Magnaflow Spun Metallic Cats that I will include with the car. These can easily be installed by you or any exhaust shop (recommended). Outside of that, the car is Great & I've never had any problems with it. The reason I'm selling it is because I returned to college this past fall & commuting with the GTO is pretty costly. Keep in mind, this vehicle does have a **REBUILT** title. This means the car was totaled before & reconditioned to be drivable. As I said, the car drives fine & repairs are unnoticeable. Concerning any questions with registration/insurance - I currently have the car registered & fully insured in New Jersey. If you are from out of state, you would have to check with your DMV & insurance provider before purchase. If you are interested or have any other questions, please pm me.
