Gauge Cluster

The 5 warning lights in the lower left hand corner of my s13 non-HUD cluster are malfunctioning and not turning on when key is turned to ACC. Any ideas?
Its preventing me from passing smog as the check engine light is one of them.

check the light bulbs first. Then inspec the wiring. Use a multi-meter or test light to see if you are getting signal to the lights?

Fuses would be another good place to start. Without any more details on what you think is happening or what caused it to start doing this it's pretty tough to say anything about it.
