sure but a lot of concerns are at hand. it has to be done well or it will leak. also people take them out and put inserts to delete the sunroof because it reduces weight.

just find another headliner they are cheap.

what do you mean you have a bolt in your headliner? is there one sitting on top of it rolling around or is there a random bolt holding it up? either way i cant see the association of a random bolt and putting a sunroof in

yeah.
this thinking makes no sense.

Pop a corner of the headliner open, get a ffucking magnet, and drag that bolt out.
Trade your 240 for one with a sunroof if you want one that bad.

ehhh

Put a socket onto the bolt, and turn it out of there?

Then I suppose you would plug the hole with something that fits. Maybe another bolt.

take out bolt. sand area. fill hole or have it welded shut. sand/grind, prep, primer, and paint.

Or cheap out by jb welding the hole from the underside and scraping excess on top till it's smooth. Get some touch up paint.

Well, do something about it. At the very least remove it and put some duct tape from the underside. It's not worth making a thread over.

To answer the question, any pop-up sunroof will fit fine and you won't lose any headroom since it sits flush with the roof. They're not hard to install, but if you're unsure then let a professional do it. They come with a template you tape to the roof, cut it out, mount the frame, seal it, snap and/or screw it together, then drop the glass in.

You could do a power sliding roof but you'd lose headroom heavily, plus it'd be a small roof.

You can also do a canvass sliding roof, they're not as secure but they're huge.

who the fuck puts a bolt through someone's roof as a joke?

as previously said just remove the bolt, weld the hole shut, grind, etc., etc.

dude, that bolt is a feat of enginering.
It in no way could tap itself, yet its not just jammed in there.
He said it threaded and is water tight.
Its like some 8th wonder type shit.
along with the tower of babel or something.

I wanna meet the guy that put the bolt in!

That was a joke? I guess you had to be there.

For reals, that kind of joke ends with someone dead in a gutter somewhere, lol.

hahahaha I know you AND your car.
You shouldn't even be worried about that bolt. Your car needs alot more than a new headliner
