They were taken apart and then put back together. The pics where the bolts are missing were taken while I was putting them back together. After all, it is a three piece wheel. The lips were repolished and faces have been powder coated. You'll also notice that in the pics, the center caps are missing. I have all four center caps but forgot to put them on when the pics were taken.
