Need some help here.
I bought a set of coilovers that turn out to be blown (2 of them are leaking).
Anyone know of places to take them for a rebuild in Gardena/ Hawthorne, Los Angeles? I'll pony a little extra for the good places. I don't want Joe plumber trying to fix these...
Thank you

Depends on the Manufacturer. Usually you ship it out to factory HQ. The factory will have all the parts needed and will fix it back to tip top.
What brand do you have? Start by calling the company HQ.

I heard there was a place somewhere in Cali that rebuilds JIC's...
Can anyone confirm? I'd rather ship my FLT-A2's to the states over japan...

King is probably one of the best in the business when it come to shocks. If you take anything there expect to get nothing but the best back!! :D

Actually, JIC sells replacement dampers. I believe they were about $300ish last time I inquired about them. Better than a rebuild since all you've got to do is take all the bits off your coilovers and bolt them onto the new dampers.

Give a call to Tein USA....heard that in addition to rebuilding/revalving their own coilovers, they do others as well.
TEIN USA (http://www.tein.com/index.html)
And they're located in Downey, CA too!
