Magnaflow Race Series VS Street Series

Which one is better for the KA motor? Street or Race? A baffle broke lose in my flowmaster 60 and it now makes a god awful buzzing sound at certian rpms... :mad: So I have decided to go with a design without welded baffles inside the muffler... Im pretty sure im gonna get a magnaflow, but I wanted to get as many opinions as possible on which series I should get. Thanks.

i personally think all american made mufflers sound like crap on imports. sooo raspy.

I just bought a magnaflow street series #14815- I have yet to put it on tho as im waiting for other parts in the mail, i hear good things about it and as long as you do your exhuast right it wont sound bad. the race series is supposed to sound really loud but if you dont care how it sounds go for it.

i have the magnaflow race series... Loud as hell on NA (but throaty and deep)... but when i had my KA-t, it got silenced to a very sexy deep tone... i wonder if its going to sound good on my SR in which will be finished tomorrow! :cool: hehe...
my friend dynoed his apexi N1 single with nothing else... and i did the same with my magnaflow..and i produced 3 more HP than he did...ill try to get a sound clip up...

i had magnaflow on my galant with custom exaust pipin and sounds incredible BUT VERY ****ING loud. I set off every alarm and got pulled over once by a donut-muncher for loud exhaust. other than that magnaflow is great.:axe:
