300zx Fuel filter in 240?

I read you can put a fuel filter from a late model 300zx into a 240- can anyone verify this? (supposed faster revs)

I have one on my KA, and the benefit is that it cost like 3 bucks less than the 240SX fuel filter. It's increased size will obviously allow for more fuel flow, but I'm stock except for intake and exhaust, so a fat lot of good that does at this point.

I'm using one with with my SR. Not sure how it's working though, since the car isn't running yet but it fits just fine. You gotta force it in the holder or strecth it a little b/c the the 300zx filter is considerabley bigger. Good Luck

The 300zx filter does absolutely nothing on the performance side. 240 people buy them because they're cheaper than the 240 filter. I run a 300zx fuel filter on both my SR and KA cars.
