I just ordered a SPEC stage 2 clutch and Tein s tech springs for my 92 coupe from Enjuku. (Great company) I was just wondering if I chose good quality products or should I have searched more on these items. I have heard a few people talk about the SPEC clutch. What are your opinions on these two items? (car has ka motor)

word of advice first off... let at least 24hrs go by before bumping your post, or ph33r the wrath of the Mods :)

on the clutch. I have a SPEC stage2 on my SR, it had some fitment issues... not so good fit and finish (and I've heard the same from everyone else that has one)... but it's a good clutch. Mine feels just barely stiffer than stock and grabs pretty damn hard. Worth the money IMHO, HOWEVER, you've got a 211,000+ mi. KA. Why do you want to spend the $? The clutch will far outlive your engine at thing point (I'd hope anyways).

The car barley moves because the current clutch is pretty much useless. In the future I plan to turbo the KA to about 230hp and I want a clutch that can stand up to that hp and I have read some good things about the SPEC clutches. However the motor runs fine but yes I know the clutch will live longer than the engine. But I am 15 and have time before I drive. I have a weekly income underneath the counter so I dont have to pay taxes. But I am going to get a new motor and tranny come end of summer hopefully.
