Alright so ive searched a bit and a few posts have helped a bit but im still getting the same problem....
My steering wheel wobbles left/right starting at about 40mph....then it gets a lot worse at 60-70mph
I just got an alignment yesterday from JC autohouse...pretty legit i might say, i just installed a HICAS rack with circuit sports inner and outter tie rods, and my tires have about 75% tread left on them.
running falken hanabi 17x9's with federal 215/45/17's
(wheels were rebalanced because i thought they may have gotten bent)
s14 lower control arms/hubs
tein flex coils
tanabe sway bars with new bushings on the links
cs tension rods
nismo rack bushings
nismo power brace
and j30 front brakes
everything torqued to spec etc
the ONLY thing i havent upgraded so far is the steering bushing within the fire wall....
could this be what my problem is?
im really stumped and its getting annoying as hell to drive the damn car!!!

car might be bent?
beyond that, sounds pretty solid
are your tires flat spotted?

ya check the tires. Put them up in the air and spin them to see if they wobble a little.

well i had the tires remounted and flipped so i could get the wheels rebalanced and i made sure the tread was good all around...no frame damage because no accidents that im aware of...
.the whobbling has been getting progressively worse for about 6 months...

Usually the tires can cause a lot of this. maybe they put the tires going the wrong rotation direction? (Assuming they are direction specific tires), and yeah look for flat spots on the tires any wierd tread wear, otherwise after your 100% sure its not the tires, start checking out the steering. Did you bleed the power steering rack when you put it in?

So this just started 6 months ago? What upgrade did you do at that point? Or were all the upgrades done at the same time?
If you can remember what you installed right around the time the SW started to wobble maybe thats where you should start looking.

only thing i did around that point in time was take off my steering column from the rack to remove and install turbo/mani

OK here is a quick check that helped me a LOT... it could be subframe or steering rack bushings, if your other stuff tie rods, tc rods, LCA ball joints, etc etc etc is good...
Put the front up in the air on the frame rails..... sit inside and start the car.... have a friend just constantly looking at the rack and subframe.
Rotate the steering ALL the right and ALL the way left quickly... There should be 0 movement in the rack and I mean 0 movement in the rack and subframe.
Hope that helps.... I was hunting this problem for almost 9 months. Turned out the rack clamps were biting down enough on the actual rack and had to shim the triangle at the steering column side so it wouldn't move... Good luck
