im looking for a working ignitor, i think mines is bad. and/or cam angle sensor. tryn to rule out reasons my car is not getting spark, begging with the ignitor.

not to jack your thread, but maybe you know... If i AM getting spark, does that necessarily mean that my ignitor is good? Can they get "weak" is what Im asking?

i wish i knew man, i dont even kno if mines working or not. after eliminating all other possibilities thats wut im left with, but i think they can get weak b4 they go out completely but i have no clue

Yes the car will still start if the ignitor is bad it will just run like shit! The ignitor is just an amplifier for the spark.
