hub and brakes trouble I hate my car

ok so I got z brakes and 5 lug I've been trying to trouble shoot it because i have one slight problem. The problem I have is that the hub sticks out to far out to fit the rotor in the caliper without it putting enough pressure for the wheel to even turn. its an ichiba hub on a s13 spindle. I'll take pics to show you guys as soon as I get home. But if any of you guys have ever had this prob LMK

Are you sure the hub is seated all they way in?
