Hey guys, first of all YES, I have wasted hours searching for answers on many different forums, so please just help me out if you can. Some questions I ask have been answered but I don't know if they will work with my application, so here goes:

I have a 93' Coupe, that was gutted! I mean just a rolling chassis...

I bought an S15 front clip, yes with the dreaded 6 speed and have heard that I would need the rear HLSD for the speedo to work. I have searched everywhere for a diff, and if anyone in the states has one, they are selling it with the whole clip! Or some douchebag knows that no one has them and is asking millions for it. jk

I plan on making my own complete gauge cluster w/ H2O temp, boost, oil press, volt, fuel, air/fuel (apexi neo), tach, and speedo.

I will be installing the VLSD from a J30 w/ 5-lug upgrade.

So my Q is; What do I need to do to install an aftermarket speedo in my setup? Is there an aftermarket speedo that has it's own sensor, or do all read off existing harness?

From what I have read, there is no sensor in the S15 tranny, but could I drill that hole for a sensor? Also, does the J30 diff have the sensor in it or would drilling here be better?

Any info is greatly appreciated!!!! Thanx
