I have a brand new KA24de that i am trying to get running and i have a serious problem. there is a noise like a metallic noise. it only happens when there is ignition. If i pull the wires off the plugs it doesnt make the noise. If i take the plugs out it doesnt make a noise. It only makes the noise when its igniting. i am really stumped on what it can be. I redid the dizzy multiple times. The motor is a fresh motor with cams, pistons, rods, headwork and and cams.

i didnt check the bolts but it might be. I wouldnt think it would be that because it only does it when the motor is firing.

bump from the dead. I have a video of the noise. Im kind of starting to think it might be wrist pins but im not sure because it is still a brand new motor.
