Lowering Seats

I'm looking for a way to lower my stock seats in my 1998 240sx. I know I can buy brackets and rails, but which one sits the lowest or which one would you guys recommend? I think i've also heard something about welding the stock bracket and rails. Anyone know more about this? Thanks for any help.

Oh my, put on your flame suit. Buy a bucket seat and buy Bride or Buddy Club seat rails.
