Ok so I found my kouki tails ridiculously cheap in another city while I was visiting family. Well stupid me didnt bother to read up on what comes with the kouki tails so I didnt know they are supposed to come with the socket assembly that holds the lights. Kinda thought it was just plug and play with the stock parts. :bash:

I did a search on here and came up with this link

Nissan Rear Tail Light Socket Assembly' (http://www.rhdjapan.com/nissan-rear-tail-light-socket-assembly-29158)

That part looks like its just the wiring assembly for plug and play but seems like the piece that holds the light is still not included. Has anyone ordered this part to know if it comes with everything?
Or has anyone else figured out where to get the light assembly that holds the light?

I just looked at that piece again... does it use a different type of bulb than USDM? Can anyone point out what type of bulb the Kouki tails use? Im starting to think that is the right part and im just not used to seeing that type of bulb connection.

Contact ixfxi (http://zilvia.net/f/members/ixfxi.html)he should have some

the bulbs you need you can get at auto zone, although i cannot remember the type.

You also have to rewire them but its really easy i made a thread on here showing how to so search for that

YA I believe I found your thread among a few others on diff forums on rewiring. Pretty straight forward.

I just looked at the JDM wiring diagram too thats provided on RHDJapan.com and realized that is the right part but only one of them, I got thrown off by the JDM version using differnt bulbs than the USDM.

Ill contact ixfxi for the parts, or ill just contact RHDJapan for all the assemblies to the lights.

By any chance does anyone here have the harnesses/socket assemblies? Would need the lights, blinkers, and reverse assemblies.
