I just spent some time in Ho Chi Min City (Saigon) in Vietnam and i saw a red GTR. I was very surprised and it inspired me to create this thread. Where is the strangest location you have seen a GTR? Post your spottings and let me know.

I see a few a month here in Toronto (Parking lots, highways, 240 meets etc..). There are plenty of them in Canada now. Mostly R32's. The R33's are now legal here as well, so it'll just take some time until those start popping up as well.

I see R32 GTR's daily. At least one a day.
R33 GTR's about once a week or so.
I've only seen 1 R34 GTR, but that was when I was in Australia.
R35 GTR's are about once or twice a month.

GTR's are sooo played out in Canada. And the majority are owned but young punk kids that bought it with Daddy's money and beat the shit out of it.

Other than that, theres a couple other local ones that I've seen around. Lots of R32 and R33s though (in GTR and Gtst flavour). Rarely ever see any R34 GTRs, much less than R35s. You do see the odd GTT though. I don't really care for R35s. I get much more excited when I see something exotic.

There's a R32 down the street from me (the owner is a nice guy, he let me toy with it a bit). I've seen a hand full of R32's in the GTA. R33 GTR's are now legal so I should be seeing some soon. And when I was on vacation I had seen a few R34's (Montreal is crazy with the illegal reg'd cars).

For R35's, besides the dealership never seen one in the US. When i went to tokyo last summer i didnt see any till the last day of the trip when we where driving to narita airport, it sped past us on the highway. About 10mins later a car cargo truck that was carrying about 3 brand new ones passed by haha. R32-34 i always see a few when i go to japan, never seen one stateside though.

I have no idea how that person got one over here in the states but it took that kind of craziness for me to want to take a photo. In the SF Bay Area, they are pretty common. I have even seen a R31 rolling around before. My friend's boss (Dentist) owns a R35.

Outside the states, I have seen them in shenzen (r35), Hong Kong (r32-35), Tokyo (R32-35).

Sorry, but I'm calling bullshit. :bs: That is most definitely not a SpecV. And here's why:
It has the quad exhaust tips, SpecVs have the Nismo Titanium exhaust that looks like its all one piece with 2 exits on each side.
The rear side marker has LED reflectors and the front side reflector is orange. In Japan they are just reflectors, no LEDs.
Third, that wing appears to be body color, not matte carbon fiber.
