are these wheels powder coated? I know most of em are wood from inside but I was wondering about the outside color

Yeah cause you can powedercoat wood lol............400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes, dont think wood would last too long.

there's nothing jdm about these cheap steering wheel.
they are all made in taiwan and can be bought at autobac at the clearence
section for 1000 to 3000yen or at truck parts shop like pepboys.
you don't even see them in drift cars in japan.

What I was trying to imply was, does anybody know how these are actually painted? Just figured it may help him, that is all.
